By accessing or using the ZorkaZora website (the "Site") and purchasing products including T-shirts & Tops, Pants & Jeans, and Shorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders. ZorkaZora reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All products are offered for personal use only and may not be resold without explicit written consent from ZorkaZora. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase, and to promptly update any such information as necessary.

2. Limitation of Liability

ZorkaZora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. ZorkaZora does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from use of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ZorkaZora Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of ZorkaZora or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from ZorkaZora.

The ZorkaZora name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZorkaZora. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

ZorkaZora strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your T-shirts & Tops, Pants & Jeans, or Shorts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where ZorkaZora will cover return shipping.
  • Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable unless defective.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them, your use of the Site, or your purchase of products from ZorkaZora shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
